Xero: is the only accounting software I choose to work with. It is very easy to use, and because it’s cloud based, you can work at your place or remotely and your accountant can access your accounts anytime. But easy-to-use software can sometimes lead to easy-to-make mistakes – remember the adage “garbage in, garbage out” – so it’s important that whoever is doing your Xero entry knows how to use it and understands the principles of accounting and bookkeeping.
I am a Gold Xero partner, a Xero Migration certified advisor and a certified bookkeeper so you know your conversion and training is in good hands.
Calxa: describes itself as “Badass Reports” and I’d definitely agree. Full integration with Xero enables you to view your financial information in a more readable and understandable format through charts and graphs than the standard reports produced in Xero. Calxa also has the ability to do cashflow forecasts, budget for capital expenditure and setup KPIs so you can see how your business is really performing.

Setup and Training
If you have already have an administrator to look after your accounts, or you’d like to “do it yourself” then I provide a full setup service including discussing with you if Xero or Calxa is right for your business, setup and conversion from your current system, integration with other systems you use, and training for you and your staff. I work at your office on a “one to one” basis, and I am happy to provide a detailed quote.
Troubleshooting and Reviews
Accounts don’t make sense? GST looking dodgy? Or have you been using Xero for a while and want to find out what else it can do? I can review your accounts information and Xero setup and help you get back on track, and suggest ways to do things better and improve the operational efficiency of your accounts processing.
