Systems I love
CapsuleCRM – really easy to setup and use and can work for one person or a whole team. You can integrate it with Xero or use it as a standalone system. It can track your sales opportunities, all your contacts and run your tasks/to-do list which can be shared with other users if you wish. It has a great user interface with lots of colour coding and ability to customise to capture information important to your business.
accelo – though accelo is an amazing “all in one” system for service businesses, it started off life as a CRM system and the CRM module can be setup independently of the other features. As well as keeping your client details and sales opportunities, you can integrate with Office 365 or google to capture all your contact activity against your client which gives great visibility for you and your team of “where things are up to”.
WorkflowMax lead manager – if you are already using WorkflowMax and have your contact details stored elsewhere, Lead Manager will track your sales opportunities for you, and these can then be converted into a quote and then a job without leaving WorkflowMax. Whilst it’s not as comprehensive as the other systems I work with, it’s a great way of keeping everything in one place.
How I work with you
The first contact is to discuss your business challenges and what you are wanting from a CRM and to determine which system is best for you. From there, I work onsite with you and your team to setup the system and integrate with Xero if required. After setup has been completed, my personal support is only an email away for your or your team.
